Working on your own as a freelance business person, self-employed or micro/small business owners can be daunting and lonely, these groups can help provide support to new and established businesses. The idea is you can rant, grumble and get understanding and support when stuff goes haywire, brainstorm together to solve business problems. And most of all, you will feel more successful because you surround yourself with like-minded business people in the community.
The launch of the Business Growth Club was held at The Rhodes Centre, Bishop’s Stortford on the 5th of December 2013, attended by a varied group of micro and small businesses. Stephanie Adams from Motivating Mum East Hertfordshire, a networking group for mums, attended. Stephanie commented: “I found the Business Growth Group very supportive and useful in providing some great tools and resources to move our businesses forward. The opportunity to gain ideas and inspiration from others in the group was so valuable, and Sanchia was a very knowledgeable and welcoming host, putting everyone at ease”
